Veronica Grieco, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Therapy is a personal journey, and each individual will have issues that need to be addressed and possible solutions that are unique to them. I strive to provide professional intervention that is sensitive to each client's race, culture, religious views, age and sexual orientation.
In addition to my practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am also a Licensed School Counselor who has provided service in the NYC school system for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in working with students with Behavioral issues, Spectrum disorders, ADHD, Bullying and School Phobia.
I will always be willing to collaborate with school personnel and other organizations to create a team approach to support a client to reach his/her full potential.

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help my clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors.
My approach is always very nurturing and positive. I will do my best to help you reach your goals and confront your challenges.
Virtual or phone sessions are offered. I try to be very flexible with scheduling and availability.
We can now accept clients from Florida, New Jersey and New York.
